Well I don't know about the ring, but you can on the patch. Instead of placebos, you just don't wear a patch for the fourth week. So if you just smack another one on, just like magic, no period!

You can skip on the ring...but like the patch, only some people can. I usually start bleeding the week before I take out my last ring. And it goes for about a week and a half then.
