If you feel okay, you are okay. TSS is supposed to make you feel pretty sick fairly quickly.

Don't be worried. I had worn a tampon for 24 hours at one time when I forgot I had it in (not something I would recommend doing, and I would never do it again) but I was completely fine afterwards.

worry not. sometimes if i've left one in for too long i'll wear a pad for a while to give my vagina a rest, but that probably isn't necessary.

You'll probably be fine. I am constantly forgetting I have one in and leaving it in way too long.

I always leave mine in for super long and have never had a problem. I wouldn't worry about it!

If you don't have a fever, you're fine. Ten hours isn't good for you (evey time you leave tampons in too long, it makes it harder for you to get wet when aroused), but it's not going to hurt you.
