thanks for sharing your knowledge on this. even if limited, i still appreciate it. i'll look some of that stuff up. the first couple of weeks were much worse, so i figured maybe it would go away on it's own. it's sort of just lingering around though. i drink a good amount of water too, so i thought whatever it was would eventually pass. we'll see. thanks again.
