Yeah, it felt like endo pain for me, BUT I hadn't had consistently high, very localised pain before, at least not there - the same pain levels spread across my entire abdomen, or localised to surgery scars, wouldn't have been a cause for concern, but it was one-site-only playing up and very clearly an ovary involved, and I'm a high-risk candidate for ovarian torsion & necrosis. They are still wanting to double-check for kidney stones, but we're pretty sure ovarian cyst is the right answer :-)
