I've been on this pill a year, I spot for 9 weeks in ever pack and I'm fed up. Can I use this as a monthly pill? Can I stop taking pills and force a period after 56 days fir 7 days???? Is that still pregnancy preventivitve?

Or if I wanted to do monthly with it Do I do 21/7 or 28/7?


Please save me. 84 days is too long and the spotting kills sex life.

Pantyhose Suggestions to Avoid Jock Itch?

Hi all -- I have recently gotten a job where I will need to wear pantyhose. Unfortunately, I live in the southern US and lately have been prone to tinea versicolor, the thing where fungus on your skin grows out of control. In particular, it turns up in my crotch. I'm allergic the "azole" class of antifungals, but my doc said it was okay for me to just keep using Lamisil (terbinafine) to keep the rash in check.

The last thing I want to do is make myself any more prone to the rash or to give myself a yeast infection, but I need to wear pantyhose. Does anyone have suggestions about what style of stockings to wear and/or brand suggestions? I'm considering an old-school garter belt at this point so that I can wear cotton underpants, but I worry a bit about thigh chafing.
