Can endometriosis cause bloating?

Hi all -
I have a history of endometriosis and ovarian cysts (and ovarian cysts caused by endometriosis) and had surgery to remove endometriomas four years ago (I posted here about it a lot. Mostly in a panic.) I've been having some odd symptoms that I was writing off as endo - I know I have a decent-sized but as of a year ago unchanging ovarian cyst. My CA125 was slightly above normal but not worryingly so (56 I think).
A while ago, not sure how long because I have constant chronic pain that takes so many forms I just tune it out, I started having pelvic pain after eating/when lying on my front. Figured it was the cyst, it didn't get worse, so I ignored it. But a few weeks ago I got super-bloated out of nowhere. Very uncomfortable. Also burning in stomach/chest/throat with obvious acid reflux, but none of it responds to antacids. I've also started having minor pain in the general location of my ovaries (both sides though as far as I know there's only a cyst on one) that extends to my back.
The bloating concerns me, since it's one of those symptoms of ovarian cancer they warn you about (that stealthy bastard claimed one of my oldest friends last year at age 36, so telling myself that 32 is a bit young for ovarian cancer isn't helping), but it occurs to me now that maybe I wasn't wrong about this being endometriosis again after all. I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow, but could this all be endo-related? I asked Google, but it seems a bit divided, and after the 100th result saying "you probably have advanced ovarian cancer" I've given up trying to find an answer there. I had some minor bloating with the cyst I had removed years ago (I think just from the size of it), but I don't remember being quite this gigantic or miserable.
