We're trying a new exercise in our team spaces, and we thought we'd share it with our members, too. On Mindful Mondays, we invite you to do a personal check in here. You can use this thread to talk about how you're doing, how your week was last week, what's on deck for you this week, what's stressing you out or giving you joy right now. It's a way for us to connect with each other and to be able to gain insight into what other folks may be holding or where they're coming from when they're sharing in these spaces.

On the verge of tears

I'm a single mom of a 2yr old and I haven't had sex since I gotten pregnant. That changed 3 weeks ago when I had sex with my child's father. Like a true dummy I didn't use protection and for almost the last week I've had painful sores develop on my vagina. It's painful to pee and the only way I can do it is sitting in a basin with warm water. I'm afraid that I have herpes. The sores are red and crater like with puss oozing from them (sorry for the gruesome image). Help?
