Hello, I could use some help here :) Today is day 4, I have this small bump on my vagina.

It's on the outside, not the inside. It's up top. Kind of in-between my labia majoria and my clit/labia menora. Like in the crease, if that makes sense. It is just one bump.

It is sore to the touch. It is sometimes itchy.
It is kind of flesh/skin tone, maybe a little white. Sometimes looks a little red, depending on the lighting.
At first I thought it was an ingrown hair, but it past the hair line, not where I shave.
It is relatively small. (The only thing I can think of to compare the size of it to, is a pill - i.e. Advil, Motrin, Tylonal, etc.. Except it is round obviously, not long/oval like a pill.
It's like a large pimple almost.

I am very concerned. What is this?
I have been with the same partner for over year, we have been faithful, so I do not think it is an STD.
Thoughts? Anyone know what it is?

Oh and I'm 22. Pretty sexually active (1 partner). On birth control. Thought that info might help.

Also, I have pictures. But not sure how to upload them to this post?

I posted about this before a long time ago in this community, but long story short, I have a large protruding and saggy pubic fat pad (mound?) and i'm extremely insecure about it. I've lost about 40-50 pounds in the past year and while it appears slightly smaller it's still huge and gross to me. But i've been thinking, about 10 years ago I had to have a 10 pound ovarian cyst removed and the incision was very large. It goes from my navel all the way down my lower abdomen stopping just short of my pubic fat pad. I'm wondering if the surgery could have caused it to be so huge and saggy? I'm currently a size 16 and I was that size about a year prior to my surgery and I don't remember it ever being this big or sagging. It's such a pain in the ass to wax and shave and I get awful ingrown hairs and shaving bumps, and it looks terrible when I wear thongs or g-strings :/ i'm so embarrassed by it that it even makes sex lesd enjoyable because it's constantly just on my mind and i hate it. My question is, if the surgery is the cause of it, do you think insurance might cover it if I decide to get it liposuctioned or get a monsplasty sometime in the future? Or since it's purely cosmetic am I on my own and should I just start putting money away for it now? Or should I just set up a consultation with a cosmetic surgeon and see what they think?
