How to get doc to prescribe addition med. to prevent SSRI sexual side effects?

I have been thinking about going on antidepressants for a while. However, I am on my parent's insurance and do not want prescriptions to show up on the explanation of benefits -- I've checked with my insurance agency, and it will show.

So, I can only afford something on the Target $4 prescription list ($4 for a 30-day supply, $10 for a 90 day supply). Anti-depressants like bupropion (which has very rare sexual side effects), are not on that list. Most anti-depressants on the list are SSRIs and tricyclics.

I have been prescribed citalopram before, but did not take any of it -- I wanted to wait until I'd seen a psychologist. I'm seeing her again tomorrow, and if she gives the go-ahead I will get a prescription for an anti-depressant.

I just want to make sure the anti-depressant doesn't affect my sex drive or ability to orgasm. Buspirone is an anti-anxiety drug, also on the $4 list, that alleviates sexual side effects.

Should I just ask for the doctor to prescribe it as well?
