Is there any way to reduce period bloating DURING your period? I know there's plenty to do leading up to your period (cutting back on salt and caffeine intake etc) but I feel pretty uncomfortable and my stomach has decided to be massive today :-/ Thanks xx

i'm curious if it's really easy to tell if a condom breaks or not.

today i had sex with my boyfriend and i looked down and it looked like cum but i couldn't tell if it was his or mine. it looked thick and white/congealed and it was on the labia majora. my boyfriend did say that he came but I think i'm just really worried.

anyway, hope you guys can help. other wise tomorrow I think i'm going to get plan B. I don't have my bc at the moment.
