My question then is "Does this sound like ovarian/luteum cysts?"
Does it sound like appendicitis or something else?
I have pain in my lower right abdomen. friday it felt like the pain was a little higher and closer to where I have menstrual pains, it was also so intense that I could not walk properly and got sent home from work because "it did not appear that I was able to work". I felt sick from the pain. I talked to a few friends and they thought it sounded like appendicitis, but since the pain did eventually lessen, I was having bowel movements and not vomiting, I dismissed that idea.
Saturday I was constipated/did not have bowel movements until late morning Sunday/today. The pain was tolerable but still present.
Today the pain is now very dull and even tolerable. I am able to walk and even bike slowly with very little pain. It does feel like there is some sort of pressure or swelling in the area, from my lower right abdomen (above my pubic area) up to just below my ribs. sometimes there is very slight mild tingling sensation in the area. I've felt a little sick/light headed, but I also have allergies and it's pretty hot here, so sick/mild stomach sickness isn't all that out of the ordinary.
I also have pain with urination (in abdomen, not urethra) and after having sex because i thought the pain was improving I had sharp pains and pains through my groins and anus.
My mom had cysts, she had surgically removed. I've been off of hormonal B/C for nearly a year. I was last on the depot shot(2010?) and before that Lutera(2008-2009?) I had an abortion in 2008 and in March 2011. These are things I am also considering as causes. I feel that my hormones are still imbalanced. I get a period once a month now but get "PMS" symptoms as if I am getting a second period each month too. I was having two periods a month until a few months ago.
I make an effort to drink a lot of water, aiming for a gallon a day (or more) I don't drink soda or any chemical./processed/sugary drinks (just plain green tea and coffee w almond milk) and aside from the constipation yesterday, usually have at least one bowel movement a day. I'm trying to get that in balance (you should have a bowel movement for each meal I think). but it could be something to do with constipation or blockage... maybe?
thanks for any thoughts, opinions, or advice. I am going to call around some clinics tomorrow and hopefully make an appointment to see if it is cysts and if not, then what it might be and what to about it.
