Hello all!

I am a cis-gendered female who is capable of orgasms during P.I.V (in fact its the only kind I seem to be able to have).  Even so, sometimes when I'm on top my boyfriend will trust up really hard causing a sensation that I can't explain-- it's stronger than an orgasm but only lasts a second or two and it gets me extreeeemely lubricated.  I'm just curious to know what he may be hitting/causing.

Norethindrone to Delay Period (Urgent Help)

Came across many websites telling how norethindrone will delay period.  Most of these websites regarded people within the UK.  When the doctors prescribed Norethindrone to them, it was 5 mg three times per day (3-4 days before expected period).

My doctor prescribed me .35 mg?  I don't understand how that dosage is going to cause my period to delay when in the UK they are given sooo much more three times per day?  Has this happened to anyone else and is this dosage going to do anything whatsoever?

Also, I am not on Birth Control.  Only prescribed norethindrone for this one time usage.  I have a 28 day pill pack of .35 mg norethindrone.

I'm 34, NP.  I got a Mirena in April, but before that I'd been off HBC since my college years.  I ejaculate, but it's kind of...uh...out of control.

IUD Dislodged?

I have a Multiload IUD (Copper, no hormones) and today when I checked it, I can feel the bottom of it. Does this sometimes happen or has it dislodged and do I need to see my doctor?

I've had my IUD for just over a year and have never felt anything except the strings when checking it before =/

ok I just need to know if something's wrong.

for the last couple of days every single time as soon as I finish peeing I immediately feel like I really really have to go again. I don't know why and I think this is the first time it's ever happened so I'd like to know if something's wrong.

This might be common knowledge to most but I am very much out of my element as to what's wrong.

I can't afford to go to the Dr. nor do I have the time and I don't want to self-diagnose or self-medicate but I really don't know what to do. It's a horrible feeling and I don't like it so if anyone can suggest a cure or maybe some insight I'd be very very thankful.

I would really really appreciate any advice!

update!: thank you to everyone who gave advice and who took the time to read my post. I haven't been able to be to a dr. but I've been drinking a ton of water and avoiding as much sugar as possible. If it's an UTI then it's gone cause the urge to constantly pee is gone. I do acknowledge I need to make an appointment for a regular check up but I hope the UTI and/or bladder infection is gone.
