Hi there folks,

So I just recently started sleeping with a new guy, and the sex has been fine, didn't have too many issues in the very beginning. About a week before we first started having sex I was on my period and it ended before I began sleeping with him. First 3 times I slept with him there were no problems, but now it seems like every time after I have sex with him (or I'm masturbating) I start bleeding. I'll bleed for about a day, and then it will stop, and then come back 2-3 days later after sex. I looked up the possibilities for this, and there was a lot of stuff on STI's. I'm clear for all STI's so far and I always use condoms. I am a really petite girl though, and he's actually one of the larger guys I've slept with, is it possible he may have teared me? I'm just really concerned, not to mention it's a total bummer when after sex I look down at him, and he has blood on him. Thankfully, he's been really good about the whole situation.

Yeah, so this has never happened to me before, and so obviously I'm worried. Just wondering if anybody knows what this may be? I'm going to go to a walk-in clinic today and see if I can get some Doctor's input as well.

Hello VagPag :)
I am researching essential oils for a project--and all my resources say it must be avoided in pregnancy/can be used as an emmenagogue to induce/regulate the menstrual cycle.

Does anyone know any specific ways it has been used as an emmenagogue? Like recipes, etc? Tea sounds weird for cedarwood...rubs or creams I'm thinking?

I haven't found anything yet. Any other imformation people might have on emmenagogue essential oils would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! :)

Hi all.

I was just wondering if anyone here has taken or takes ginger to help relieve their endo pain or menstraul cramps and if so, how much is safe to take a day?

I noticed that eating candied ginger actually helped my menstrual cramps slightly, so I bought a bottle of ginger capsules containg 500mg of ginger. Last month I took one capsule a day while on my period and that helped with the pain, but am wondering if I could take more safely?

Thanks!

hi all - i need a bit of help.

I've just got a new partner - i'm 31 and have 3 kids.  Basically i'm having what feels like pre-period pains, or eaarly preg pains.  No other signs of preg, have been on cerezette for 10mth no probs.  I'm just wondering if 2 nights a week of... err... intense sex could leave this pain?  test neg, no period (haven't had bleeding for 4-5 month, been with Him for 6 week).  WE kinda get carried away to be honest, and rarely foreplay.

[ETA: have always liked rough sex, but he is .. well.. slightly wider than other partners...]

bit embarressed.

xx
