peeing pain

So lately, when I go pee, I notice that my pee stream doesn't have very much... force to it, I guess, and I get this achey pain in my midsection - like about the middle of my stomach/under my diaphragm. I guess, right where my navel is. In addition to that, no matter how much water I drink, my pee is yellow and cloudy. :( What's going on?
