vaginal discharge in urine?

I have noticed for a couple of months that in my urine I see a clump or two of white discharge. If I remeber its only certain days and ita not all day. Im wondering if its vaginal diacharge and if its normal. Im going to see my gyno next week and I'll mention it to her. I dont have any pains or fevers or anything.

I got a Mirena put in last week during a D&C. I was lucky enough to be under anesthesia, so felt no pain. I've been cramping on and off (sometimes horribly) since and can't stop bleeding. I didn't get to talk to my doctor after the procedure, but she told my mom that the bleeding will continue for "a while".

Not sure what to make of that. I've gone through 48 pads in 6 days. :(

(PS, thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way to get here. I found out today that my biopsies were benign :))

Bump? And dealing with feelings of regret

So, I have a mysterious red bump on my vulva, and I am really worried that it's herpes. I am planning on going to Planned Parenthood tomorrow to have it checked out, but in the meantime I am driving myself crazy thinking about it.
