PMS Hell

So first a little background. I'm 24 and have been taking Cerazette for over 2 years. I suffer from M.E./CFS.

I started taking Cerazette for both birth control and to help ease hormonal headaches that i got every month. The pills stopped my periods pretty much completely, I would only have a very very light flow every 3 months or so and my headaches stopped completely.

About 6 months ago my periods started being heavier and more regular and my PMS was ridiculous. I was very teary, suffered mood swings and had stomach pains. Over the last 2 months I've had three periods ( of mid to heavy flow) and my PMS seems to never completely go away.

I've made an appointment with my Doctor to just double check nothing weird is going on but I thought I'd check with you guys to see what you think a) could have caused this and b) could help things go back to how they were. I have a feeling that my Doctor is going to suggest changing the Pill that I'm on and I don't really want that to happen seeing as Cerazette hasn't given me any of the side effects that other Pills have.

Help!

I've always had a pretty heavy flow. Before I used the DivaCup, I would have to use the super plus tampons and change them every couple of hours on my heaviest day, and I'd have to use pads at night and still worry about a mess in the morning. Switching to the diva cup helped a little, though I still overflow it. Now that I have the paragard, my flow is even heavier! I don't want to have my paragard removed because I like it for the most part. I saw on another board a suggestion to take vitamin E before and during menstruation to reduce flow... is there any merit to this? Are there any other tried and true ways?

So i'm 6 weeks 3 days post partum after havinng my little girl on 4/2/11. We've just moved to a different county so my insurance is all wonko right now, and i'm having trouble finding a new OBGYN. I'm looking for good birth control recommendations. I was on Quasense before and loved it. Hubby and I are looking for this BC to be temporary until we start trying for Baby 2.0
He hates condoms and refuses to wear them, and aside from that, they don't really work well for him. What kind of pills do you ladies recommend? What other types of BC would you recommend for temporary BC? I should add that I don't want an IUD, or anything invasive. I'm pretty fond of the pill.
