I'm a very content 32 A or AA.  However, I've been getting character gigs lately and sometimes that means I need cleavage.  '40's style "cigarette girl" for a charity event this weekend for instance.  I have a method of taping my boobs together and then filling the rest of a bra with padding to give a realistic giggle, but the bras I used to use are a bit big on me now.  I'm also hoping to find something that requires less prep work on my part, but that is not expensive.

Do discount stores sell adequate push up bras?  Places like target or walmart?  I don't want to spend a lot of money but I need a black push up that really will get the job done for these little ones of mine.

Thanks!

So I changed insurance and went to a new  gyno for the first time today.  I'm 21 and I've never had a pap before, so I had every intention of getting one... until I got into the exam room.  I lied and said I'm not sexually active and never have been and refused the pap.  She did give me a breast exam and a sonogram but nothing down below.  I feel really guilty that I lied.  How bad was what I did?  Part of me wants to confess lying but I don't want her to cancel my prescription for bc.

*edit* I really just want to thank you all for your kind words and reassurance.  I feel much better about the situation than I did at the time of posting.

Okay VPers, I'm posting for a friend and really hoping you can help me!

Basically, my friend has been getting depo-provera for the past little while, and now he's been told that he can't take it any more, and was recommended another pill. However, he's forgotten the name of it, and all he can remember is that "it'll stop my periods but it's not a contraceptive."

I know it's vague, but I was hoping someone would know what he means? Or maybe even have a tiny little inkling about it?

Thanks in advance for all your help!

In October I started noticing heavy clear discharge and a pretty strong odor. Sort of sour and unpleasant. I went to the Dr and they tested me for everything but all my results came back normal. I hadn't changed anything in my diet or sex life or medications. Around that same time, my boyfriend developed what his Dr determined was a yeast infection on his penis. He used an ointment for a few weeks and the dryness and rash disappeared. During that time, I did a three day monistat and my vagina was back to 'normal' (no smell, no discharge) for a few days. THEN it came back. I called my Dr told her what happened, she treated me with antibiotics for BV (even though she didnt think I had BV). My vagina went back to 'normal' after the antibiotics, but a few days letter the smell and discharge returned. THEN I went to a different doctor. He gave me an antibiotic gel to insert directly into my vagina and again, it cleared up for a little while. It's back AGAIN. Sour smelling, thick and clear discharge.

My boyfriend and I were both tested for everything and EVERYTHING was negative. I even went off Nuvaring which I had been on for years to see if my body was suddenly reacting poorly to that. I'm now on jolivette and I feel pretty great energy wise (and for some reason I'm able to drink alcohol/ on nuvaring I'd get sick almost immediately) but i still have cleary heavy discharge and a sour smell.

Any ideas/thoughts? Is my ph off? My Drs are a little "over" dealing with me. I've always had an incredibly mild scented vagina and I'm pretty taken back by this scent.

Thanks!

The last 2months my discharge has changed to a very strong fishy smell, which usually gets stronger after sex, although there is no change in the colour and amount of discarge. i've been to the doctor about it, and got a swab test, which tested for STI's &thrust& BV but my test results came back clear. is there any other reason which has caused my discharge to smell so strongly?

I'm not new to birth control (was on Yaz for 4+ years), but I am new to Loestrin 24 Fe. I'm finishing up my first pack tonight, actually. My placebo/iron pills start tomorrow. Today, I've been experiencing some very light cramping--nothing painful, but enough to notice and to make me feel blah. Since this is my first pack and will be my first bleed on BC in a while, I'm assuming it's impossible for my body to know that I'm supposed to bleed soon, um..right? I hope that makes sense. I had a bit of breakthrough bleeding about a week and a half into my pack, with full-on cramping, but it eased up after 2 or so days and I haven't had any other trouble.

I'm curious because I have my annual pap with my gyno tomorrow, and I'm a bit worried I'm going to start my period tonight/tomorrow before my appointment. :\

And to those who are on Loestrin 24 Fe (or any other pill), when does your "period" come during the placebos? I know it's different for everyone but I'm just curious about an average! I know on Yaz, I didn't have a withdraw bleed until the very last placebo.

I'm a bit concerned about my discharge.
The last couple months it seems to have increased...and it's quite unpleasant.
Back in the summer through September, I had gone to see my doctor a couple times, because at first I was told I had a yeast infection. She didn't test anything...just seen I had a lot of thick white discharge I guess, and gave me medicine.
So, for a couple months after that, I had taken it more and went back. She told me that I didn't have one and it was just normal.

But, now it's just really irritating. This may sound gross, but it's like..when it drys in my underwear, it like crusts. And i only mention that because it didn't used to do that. So, it's like the consistency changed.
It's thick and white, which I know is normal, but it does sometimes have an odor to it. Sometimes it's a little fishy or just vag smelling. And it's all the time. When I asked the doctor she said that it's just cause of cycling. This used to come about more so like a couple weeks before my period. But now it's just alll the time.

So, I guess i'm just wondering if it seems normal to have a lot in this manner and is it normal for your discharge to change over time?
