Help! External Yeast Problems!

So I want to start off by saying I have a yeast infection of the further south region than they normally occur. It's in my tush!! It's driving me insane. The absolute worst part about it is I live in South Korea where we don't sell monistat and etc over the counter. I need a homeopathic solution to this problem and I need help now!!

I've been trying to cure it with apple cider vinegar but that seems to aggravating thing.

Please help!!

UTI lasts longer than antibiotics

Hi all!

I posted here the other day about a UTI... I had antibiotics for that, but as the infection was somewhat advanced, the antibiotics the doctor gave me finished before the infection went away completely. Is this a common occurrence?

I'll be going to another doctor with my antibiotic tabs two days later (have things on before then) to see if he can give me a different antibiotic, if the UTI hasn't gone away by then.

Missed doses of Tri-Sprintec

So despite having an alarm set on my phone, I managed to miss Thursday and Friday's pill. I'm on Tri-sprintec and take my pill at 10pm everynight. I missed Thursday and Friday and the instructions say " If the patient misses two (2) active tablets in Week 1 or Week 2, the patient should take two (2) tablets the day she remembers and two (2) tablets the next day; and then continue taking one (1) tablet a day until she finishes the pack.".(The ones I missed are in week two). So I'm not sure if I understand these instructions, do I take Thursday and Friday's pills today and then Saturday and Sunday tomorrow? 

Should I be using back up bc? I've been taking it religiously otherwise.

EDIT: Also wanted to add that according to My Monthly Cycles I was last fertile on the 25th. and won't be fertile again until December 19th. How accurate are these calendars if I have a very normal cycle?

bowel movements and then spotting...weird.

So, after Thanksgiving I became pretty constipated. Sorry for the TMI. It's been a long road and I've tried eating fiber and salad and drinking lots of water. I've had small bowel movements, but nothing major like I usually do. I should also mention that I had some sort of mental breakdown prior to noticing some pink spotting when I just went to the bathroom.

I am not pregnant (at least I hope not. And assume not because the last time I had sex was almost 4 months ago and I'm on the pill and everything seems dandy with that). I don't know if being constipated and spotting are related in any way. What do you think? I have never had this happen before :(
