Mysterious bumps/itching on inner labia

 Hello everyone,

I just spent the last few hours sobbing because I suspect that I may have genital warts/genital herpes. 

Here's the deal- I have been REALLY itchy down there. Its so uncomfortable. I looked and there are tiny bumps on my labia. If I were to describe them, I'd say they looked like swollen taste buds. I'm trying to figure out how I would even contract an STD/STI, considering I'm a virgin. I understand that it is very possible to get one without having sex though. I think only a hand has been down there in the last several months/TMI.

Anyway, I'm terrified. I made an appointment for Monday. I looked at the pictures of genital warts online, and to be honest what I have doesn't look like the pictures. I understand that genital warts often take the form of cauliflower clusters. I don't really have that. I noticed in the tags that people mentioned bumps due to yeast infections. I don't think I have a yeast infection though.

All I have so far are small, flesh colored bumps, and extreme itching. Aside from genital warts, does any one know what it could possibly be? I'm on the brink of a panic attack, and simply NOT knowing is making it worse. 

If anyone has any idea what's going on, then please let me know. Thank you in advance!

Delayed ovulation? Or, my hormones seem to hate me this month!

My body is definitely misbehaving this month. I've been nauseous on and off (partly due to mucus drainage, but sometimes nauseous without any obvious trigger). I thought I ovulated earlier this week, on or about day 14-15, as usual, but experienced less discharge than usual. Then, after a few days, I started having normal amounts of ovulation discharge (days 17 and 18) and a pinching pain in the region of my left ovary (some months I have pain around ovulation, some months I don't). A few times, this pinching pain became sharp for a few seconds at a time.

I haven't had sex since my last period (which started 19 days ago now) but took a test mid last week anyway, because I'd been feeling so weird. Tested negative.

Does it sound like my body ovulated twice (or released two eggs a few days apart), or does it sound like my body tried and failed to ovulate on time, and then succeeded in ovulating a few days behind schedule? What's going on? I should expect my period 2-3 days late if it looks like I ovulated 2-3 days late, right?

I've just been feeling like my hormones are out of whack. I feel somewhat safe now that it's not pregnancy, so less concerned, but that's still a nagging possibility in my addled mind ;-) If I had a period right on schedule, haven't had sex since, had ovulation-like discharge around ovulation time (at the time and a few days later), I should be able to trust the negative pregnancy test, right?

Problems from ulcer...vag/anal related

Forgive me if my post is a little out of whack, its been quite a few years since Ive been here.

TMI Ahead.

Long story short: Stomach pains/diarrhea/nausea, the works, starting in August. It finally reached my side Sept/Oct, so went to the dr, diagnosed with an ulcer (NOTE: I tested positive for the virus that causes ulcers, and was told its either a forming ulcer, or its a very tiny one. I just wanted to clear that up so when I say ulcer, I really mean this). Took PrevPac for 4 days, switched to tetracycline/flagyl/omeprazole for 3 weeks. went back to the dr, no ulcer. He said my stomach lining took a toll because of the harsh anitbiotics getting into my stomach lining when the virus from the ulcer had cleared up.

Ok, so the dr appt was about...meh, 2 weeks ago. 2 things started happening to me off of the meds: I produced an INSANE amount of discharge. Like, there was so much it was on the outside folds of my lips, and just would not stop. It's gone down slightly since then, but it's still pretty harsh (Forgot to mention: When I started PrevPac, I was given a pill thats used to treat yeast infections, but he was giving it to me for preventative measures). I thought maybe it was that yeast pill, but I took that over a month ago. And now the discharge is just annoying, where was before it was just alll over the place, now this time its usually just on the inside of my lips (and all in my underwear of course). Its not smelly, no change in color or consistancy, just like normal discharge. Should I get this checked out anyways?

Ok this one isnt about my vag, but I'm hoping someone whos had an ulcer can answer this for me until I get to my dr in a few weeks since I can't find it anywhere. Every time I make a bowel movement, it's painful. But not only that, Ill get a stomach ache about a half hour before, horrific pains during, and then itll start to fade out after i'm done. Did this happen to any of you as a result of your ulcer, or could this be something to do with my stomach lining being weakened from the medication? Its pain usually in my lower abdomen (where Ive always felt pain from the ulcer), and it goes from normal pain to stabbing, slicing, being punched in the gut pain when I start to push. There's no straining involved either: the stool is fine to pass, but the pain is whats making it hard to pass. If anyone else experienced this, Im hoping you have a little insight on what to do before I get to my GI dr. Thank you so much

Ovulation pain DURING sex?

Hello!

I'm pretty sure I ovulated yesterday or the day before (I had the usual side pain/crampiness and the timing's right according to my normal cycle length, too). So tonight I was having sex with my boyfriend and noticed that I had a strange pinching sensation near my right ovary: not pain, but just pinching is the best way I can explain it, on the same side that I had the mittelschmerz/ovulation pain yesterday. I've never experienced anything like this before, so I'm wondering if this is related to ovulating yesterday? My boyfriend and I are monogamous and so I have no reason to expect a STD or anything. I have a Paragard IUD, but I checked the strings and it seems to be in place.

I have a feeling this is probably normal, but I just wanted to check and see if anyone had felt something like this before?
