Pregnant on birth control?

I'm freaking out because I just had my son 8 weeks ago. I'm not with his father but we were talking about reconciling and had sex once since I had him. I am on birth control but I feel like I'm pregnant. I'm 3 days away from my "period pills" but I've had a small amt of blood for the last two days. Could this be implantation bleeding? I just have a gut feeling I'm pregnant bc along with that I've been nauseated, my boobs are tender and I'm cramping which I did when I found out I was pregnant with my son. Anyone experienced anything like this??

I went to the doctor today to get an ultrasound to determine whether or not the fibroids another doctor diagnosed me with really existed. I came out knowing that I had 2 dermoid cysts and one very large fluid filled cyst-like 15cm large. I'm having surgery sometime soon. I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with this type of procedure?

I was told she won't do a laparoscopic incision because the one cyst is too big? and shes afraid of rupturing the dermoid cysts and having something spill into my abdomen and causing an infection. Does this sound right? She said she would try and keep the incision small-probably 2-3 inches.

IUD removal

I had my IUD removed today (No more painful than a pinch!) but as of an hour ago I have started bleeding.

Is this normal? I was not informed I would start to bleed. It has also been about twelve hours since I had the IUD removed, which is why I am worried.

cervix zit?

I use a diva cup, and this last period I was noticing that during my period my cervix was riding a lot lower than it normally does. So today, I decided to check and make sure it had migrated back up to where it usually resides now that my period is over, and I felt a weird bump on the cervix itself. It's about the size of a pimple, and even though I'm sure you can't actually get acne on your cervix, that's just what it reminds me of. (The fact that I can't see it makes it more awkward.) Anyway, I'm wondering if this is really abnormally uncommon, or what? What could this be?

I've seen a lot of HPV --> cervical cancer ads on hulu recently, and it freaks me out a little. I've only ever had sex with my husband (and he with me) so I can't imagine that being it. I would go to a doctor and ask, but I'm currently without insurance and recently graduated, so I don't have access to a student health center either. Thoughts?

(sorry for the disjointedness... 12-hour workdays do that to me. :)

Bleeding on active pills?

Hello All,
I have been taking apri birth control for well over a year and for the last eh 4 months or so I have noticed I start my period while on my active pills I normally still have 3 active pills left when I start and it will go on pretty much the first 3/4 days of my inactive pills. Is this okay? Does it compromise my protection? I solely take bc for pregnancy protection. Any ideas why this is happening? Any info would be great.
