Bleeding after sex

Hey guys, I checked the memories, but please forgive me if I've missed this being mentioned before. I also looked at the sextips community and didn't see exactly what I was looking for.

My current boyfriend has a very large penis. A few times now after sex, particularly intense deep-thrusting sex, I've had blood spotting afterwards. It's very diluted and is usually mixed in with the come (due to monogamy, checkups, and BC, he does come inside of me) which leads me to believe that it is coming from inside. I certainly don't notice any pain when we're having sex (although like I said, this usually happens during intense sessions). The bleeding stops very quickly and is usually only there when I wipe up and clean up after sex.

Now, I'm fully aware this is a doctor issue, and yes, I will take care of it because I am concerned. However, I just wanted to know if any of you have had this experience and might have some knowledge of what it is about.

Basically, last night I started spotting because im got my period, and i went pee and it burned alot. since then, everytime i have peed it burns and stings for about an hour afterward, and i can still feel that its irritated. i washed it out, lifted up my hood to see if anything was trapped but theres nothing wrong that i can see. ive never had any vaginal area infection before, so i dont know what is going on down there. panties bother it too.

Irregular Period on the Pill

Did something a little stupid. I didn't get my new pack of pills until a week after I'm supposed to start a new one. However, during that week my boyfriend and I used condoms so that's okay. When I started my next pack, I had been off of it for a week, but took two the first day because I wanted to "start" on a Saturday instead of a Sunday. I took both both about 9 hours apart and then had sex that night. Didn't use a condom but he always pulls out when we have sex. Then the next day took the third. So I took three within 24 hours. And then continued on for the rest of the pack regularly. Now, I know you're not supposed to have unprotected sex within the first 7 days considering I missed a week and started my pack late. And I know I shouldn't have taken two just to start on the day I like best. I took my last pill this Friday and have some mild cramping as usual before I'd get my period, sore boobs. Thinking I'd get it today. Just wondering if I don't if anyone's experienced a totally crazy cycle when they miss a week and start late, or if that causes their periods to last longer? Thanks!

Post-Colscopy Worries

I just went to the bathroom and got a wee bit scared... maybe someone can help me out since I have googled to no avail. I had a colscopy on Friday and I know that after my doctor took the tissue samples from my cervix that she put this gooey, mustard like solution on it to stop the bleeding/help heal it faster.

Just a few minutes ago, I went to relieve my bladder and I suddenly felt pressure in my vagina. Seconds after I felt the pressure, this giant "thing" (for lack of better words) fell out of me. It was pretty large and extremely odd looking. I couldn't tell if it was solid or not, but it was brownish-reddish in color. My question is... is that the solution that she put on? I got scared because I didn't think she put that much on my cervix, but the amount of stuff that came out was huge. Has this happened to anyone before? Is this perfectly normal and my doctor just forgot to mention, "Oh, and this giant fledgling like material will come cascading out of your vagina in a few days, so don't worry about it when you see it." Or should I be genuinely worried?

Ok, a little bit of background information that might help: i'm a virgin, I was on the patch for one cycle, then I skipped my period by continuing with the patch, and now i'm on my second cycle. Not sure if this helps but maybe?

Anyway, yesterday i had some spotting. It was just really light brown and thought it was a bit strange because i'm wearing the patch but yeah, nothing too weird. Today it got a tiny bit heavier and I was a little confused because I wasn't sure if it was my period. I've been wearing a pantyliner but I decided to put a tampon in. As i'm reaching for the box of tampons I feel this weird pressure down there, and it literally feels as though something fell out of me. I pull my pants down and theres this...blob, or thing, or SOMETHING on my pantyliner! I'm so scared right now, because it was really quite big. It was sort of rubbery and if i had seen it on the floor outside, I might have thought it was A SLUG! It was that sort of size and consistency. I'm so, SO disgusted right now and i'm trying to google and find out what it could be but I was wondering if anyone knows what this could be or what I should do.

(I know the post below mine has something about a thing falling out, and thats exactly what happened with me I haven't had any procedures like she has, i'm just on the patch.)

Hello ladies!

So, here is my story. After a long struggle with vaginismus, my bf and I have achieved penetrative intercourse. HOORAY!

We have done it around 4-5 times in the last three months. It still hurts! It feels like... being simultaneously burned and stabbed in the genitals!! I'm happy about overcoming sexual dysfunction, but I want it to feel good too. Is this normal for newbies, or should I see a doctor? Or if you have any other advice, I would be so happy.

We don't use condoms (I'm on HBC), we use lots of lube (which I don't have problems with when I use my vaginal dilators), and we practice lots of foreplay. Thanks for your help!

*edited to add: Also, I had a pelvic exam 6 months ago. My gyno told me everything was fine (no infections).

lost ability to orgasm

Alright, so I'm 22 years old and I've been having orgasms regularly since I was 16. I am bisexual and I have been able to have orgasms with both men and women through oral sex and intercourse. I also use a toy to masturbate. However, for the past 2 weeks I have not been able to have an orgasm at all. My boyfriend and I have tried every trick we know and still no luck. It's not just that I can't get there, it's more like my sensitivity is greatly decreased. I have also noticed a decline my sex drive, I'm just not that interested anymore. Things are still good between us and I can't think of a reason why this would be happening. I have not started any new medications or gone through any major life changes. I'm sort of at a loss. Not Perfect Taking HBC, need EC?

Mods, please feel free to delete if this post is ridiculous. I know I'm pretty paranoid (thanks, mom for always freaking me out about getting pregnant growing up), but I just don't know enough to know what to do.
I have been with my boyfriend for several years. We've been sleeping together for most of that time, but always with me on HBC and him using a condom. I used to be on the Patch for a couple of years, but with all the concern about the Patch I was switched to Yaz. Been on that for 4 months, with one month sans birth control in between the first two and the last 2 mos I've been on Yaz (I had surgery and missed too many pills that month so I waited and started again the next month after I got my period).
Anyway, last night I had sex with my boyfriend for the first time w/o a condom, really. I was on top, he came inside me and he said a lot of his ejaculate came out of my vagina when I got off of him (he was still ejaculating when I got up, too).
The reason I'm concerned is that I was late taking my pills by a few hours a couple of times this week and I missed my pill once or twice in the past 2 weeks (making them up the next day each time). Also, the dose of hormones in Yaz is so much lower than in the Patch, so I feel less confident. I come from a family of fairly fertile women, and I think my mom got pregnant with me while on HBC.
I'm also concerned because I have had some weird sensations in my right ovary (or that area, at least) today and the discharge I've had today is clear with streaks of blood instead of the usual yellow/even greenish (looks like mucus usually). I know the blood is probably from me bleeding from the sex being rough, but I'm not positive. I'm nearly 22, if that makes any difference.
I would just go out and get EC, but in my state you still have to get a prescription everywhere because they won't sell it OTC until they run out of their scrip-only labeled supplies. Also, money is an issue and it would be a fairly large financial hardship right now to pay $40+ for EC.
I'm just not sure if I'm crazy and paranoid or if I really should go get EC tomorrow at my university clinic.

Secondary question- I know they aren't on the list, but I have Yaz, and a prescription for Loestrin Fe 1/20 (I'm switching to that when I run out of Yaz because it has a generic, unlike Yaz, which I would have to pay $40/month for). Would these have any efficacy as EC if taken several at at ime like the approved HBCs used as EC? I don't even think the hormones are right, but I thought I'd ask out of desperation.

EDIT: I did read the Vulvapedia entries on HBC use, but I'm still a little lost. Thanks!
EDIT2: I'm a little confused about the info on missed pills, etc, because I'm on YAZ and it's different than most HBC and is so new (approved in March). I wish my doctor has prescribed me Alesse like I wanted.

Okay, I've been experiencing some painful symptoms in the nether regions for a while. Not all the time, but often, the entrance to my vaginal canal swells up, and it's pretty painful to urinate. The swelling is weird -- it's gotten as big as a marble before, although that only happened once. It's sensitive to pressure, and decreases some when I really increase my water intake. Sounds like a UTI, right? Well, here's the weird part: I've taken two full courses of antibiotics since this business started (for a sinus infection -- it was just plain amoxocillin), and it's still happening. I haven't gotten it checked out yet by a doctor because I would have to do such a thing on the sly, not on my parent's insurance, and I'm still saving the money to go to PP. What UTI/STI is NOT cured with antibiotics? Or is this something else entirely?

For purposes of full disclosure: I'm on Estrostep and have been through this whole business. I have sex with my boyfriend occasionally, but not very often, and the swelling has happened at times when we haven't had sex for weeks. I don't masturbate much at all, and I can't think of what else would be indroducing bacteria into my vagina. Help?

buttt..I was wondering if there is anything out there that can STOP a period. I've heard of things women can have to start them, but I'm trying to stop mine. Not permanently though. I'm sure I probabaly sound crazy, but the problem is, since June I have been stress-inducing my period numerous times. Ok, so it's one thing if I start my period that's fine. The problem is, I'll have my period and then get it again in the same month/extremely soon after the other one due to stress. I know it's a terrible long shot, but is there anything out there to stop it? I have finals and well...to be honest was kind of hoping to be "intimate" with someone next weekend who i'm just starting to get to know and it's just reallly a bad time to have my period (again!). Ugh. I know this is a huge long shot, but any help/sympathy/info on stress inducing periods/stoping them in general would be much appreciated. Thank you

Hey ladies! I haven't posted here in awhile (if at all...hmm...), but I have a question about a painful problem.

Okay, I'm on Yasmin, and I'm about 5 days away from finishing my active pills. However, my love pillows (boobs, for those of you who haven't seen Carrie, heh) are SOOO sore. Why on earth would this happen?

Also, the bottom of my left boob got to itching REALLY badly the other day, and I scratched it furiously until it turned pretty red, and then started to look almost bruised. This happened after I'd been sweating pretty heavily, so that's probably why it was itching in the first place. Is this normal...? It's happened before, but not to this degree...

I have been spotting for over a week now. Some light pink,some red,some dark red and some brown blood. Sometimes I use a *slim* tampon thinking its just a light start to my period, but when I check not even 45 minutes later the bleeding stops and the tampon hardly had anything on it. but it'snoticeable when I do see blood, several wipes , and checking the cervix im finding it too. but like I said, it happens once or twice max per day. Its never a consistant flow.
SO is this a really really light *period* ?? This is what I want to know.

(I also took a pregnancy test on the 25th and it was negative of course, which I knew it would be from looking at my temps)
