Breast pain

Hi,
So I am very scared right now- this morning I wokeup and i had a dull pain inside my right breast. It's hard to find but once I push down on this spot it hurts, or if I sort of jiggle my breast a certain way or move it I can feel the pain. Both of my breasts and nipples are generally tender because I'm in the middle of my period. But this is scaring me that It might be cancer related. I have no other symptoms. I am 21 years old, but I do have a past history of hodgkins lymphoma which I fully recovered from 3 years ago. My anxiety about cancer coming back is through the roof :( any idea what this could be?

Ps i am going to make a gyno/doctor appointment too
