DOXEPIN for Itchy vulva /rectum /anus

I hope i can get a response back from you guys,ive been dealing with a chronic itch on my genitals (im a female) it all started with a yeast infection though the yeast went away but the itch didn't ive went with vulva specialist and they find nothing.I recently met with a dermatologist and said it was something with my nerves down there so she prescribed me Doxepin i guess it helps with the itching but i want a cure ! i cant tell i it works yet but have any of you took it for itching? if so what was the outcome?
