vaginapagina | Reoccurring yeast infection?

I've had about three infections in the past two months. One after my period, and now another one since my boyfriend and I fooled around?.

If it helps I'm 16, I wear skinny jeans almost everyday, my diet isn't the best and my sleeping routine is a mess. I do NOT douche, or use feminine products such as sprays or wipes because I know a vagina has it's own self cleaning method.

Any suggestions??

((The first infection was SO bad. And now I'm on my third one it feels like nothings going to happen, i just have the discharge but its only the second day so I'm sure the itching will come soon))
