Sudden period on Cerazette

vaginapaginaI've been on Cerazette for 3+ years and have not really had any bleeding at all in that time, once my body got used to it. Yesterday I had some brown discharge and now today I have a full-on period. Is this anything to worry about? It's super weird because I was thinking of coming off it to see if/when my period came back (I have suspected PCOS). I'm freaked out now.
