I am on Depo-Provera, and am on my second week of a breakthrough bleed. The bleed is a very light flow to spotting, depending on the day.
I know parsley tea is helpful for jumpstarting periods -- could it increase the flow of my breakthrough bleed, thereby reducing the amount of time I spend bleeding?
Also, would you recommend fresh or dried parsley? What is the ratio of parsley to hot water?
