Sexual partners & pleasure

How do you know, having only had one partner, if sex for me just feels okay or if it's that I'm not with the right person? Ideally I'd like to be with the person I'm with now forever but I have this nagging question in the back of my head... Could it be better? Are we incompatable? I'd say sex is mostly a 5 with occasionally being a 3 or 7. I'd say the biggest thing is that I'm just bored. I feel guilty because I find myself becoming commitment phobic always curious is there's someone better out there.
