'Regular' Bleeding During Sex

I suppose I'm just looking for confirmation that I'm not the only one going through this, so... do any of you bleed during sex? It's not all the time - maybe about 25%? - and I've seen more than one gyno about it and they can't figure out why it's happening. They've changed my birth control pill twice and it still happens, and it's not caused by an STD. It doesn't seem to be happening at any particular point in my cycle, and it's been basically happening since I started having sex. It's painless at least and I don't know that it's happening, but it is often on my mind while we're having sex and I sometimes spot for a day afterwards.

It's so frustrating, and in a way I almost feel guilty after. I shouldn't - my boyfriend is absolutely the best and he's so understanding. But it puts an end to things and is just one more thing to ruin the mood. We have a "sex towel".

If it does happen to you, have you a found a way to curb it? We regularly use lube during sex as well.
