So hey,
i was amemic, not been back for blood test or ought but my eye lids are really red. i've been suplimenting with a complete b for a about a month.
question is has the heather iron levels changed my cycle is that possible? i went from a pretty regular 23 day cycle to 28. at this point it might just be a one off.
i've had a look on line and it seem a lot of people suspect that this has happened, saw a lot of people asking if this was possible but the answers said no.

Hmm. I've never heard of there being a connection between cycle length and hemoglobin levels, but that doesn't mean that there isn't one. Sometimes it can be really hard to pinpoint what causes such changes. My cycles changed dramatically when I was in my mid-twenties, and I'm still not sure why.

I'm not sure about healthier iron levels specifically, but anecdotally, some folks have reported cycle changes (longer/shorter, heavier/lighter, more/less painful, etc.) that have corresponded with other potential health status changes.

I have anemia too and was put on birth control to help with it. I quit birth control almost six months ago and now my cycle has gone from regular to 36 days. I have no clue if there's a connection, but I'm interested in what other people have to say.
