you can also mix it with a little water, and then use a big needle-less syringe to douche with it. (Just make sure the syringe doesn't create a seal with your vag...you want the water that flows in to EASILY be able to flow back out again so nothing gets forced through your cervix.) That's what I have always done, only because it was easier to get a syringe from the pharmacy (I told them it was for a craft project. :p ) than it was to get the capsules.
