Tender Nipples etc

vaginapaginaI have had my IUD for 3 years. Other than pregnancy, what woulld explain away super tender nipples and nausea and the like? I dont think Im pregnant since my IUD has been so firmly put in place and such haha. But for the past week at least my nipples have been painfully tender and my stomach has been pretty screwy for almost a month. Would it be possible that the natural hormones from ovulation could set this off? Or perhaps from my IUD?
