Yesterday I had sex with my boyfriend that was really g-spot intensive. Afterwards the entire front inner-wall of my vagina hurt terribly to the point where it was painful even to walk. I almost constantly felt like I had to pee, but when I'd go it would only be a little bit.

After a few hours the pain completely stopped and I felt fine. Today I woke up and the pain was there again, even though I hadn't done anything sexual at all since the day before. Now whenever I have to pee it's painful, but on the inside around my g-spot, not the way a UTI is painful.

I have no idea what's wrong with me, any thoughts are appreciated, thank you so much.

The last time I had a UTI it actually felt like what you are describing -- it was like my gspot was having some kind of horrible cramping thing together with the "need to pee really bad but can't" feeling. It's probably worth a trip to the doc to make sure that it gets sorted if it's a UTI. While you're waiting for an appointment (not sure where you are) you can try taking some Azo -- it will turn your pee a craaaaazzeeeeee orange color but will relax the spasmy muscles.

Wait wait wait, don't take the Azo if your appointment is within 24 hours. Your pee will be so colored that they won't be able to do a visual test for infection. Instead, you'll have to pay for a culture, and if your doc is anything like the last guy I saw for a UTI, they'll be kind of annoyed with you.

Cystex is similar to Azo, but apparently doesn't color the urine. (http://www.cystex.com/Pages/About%20Cystex_v3) I can't find it around here, so I don't know from personal experience. Another thing to keep in mind with these analgesics is that they'll mask symptoms of a worsening infection, so if you're considering using Azo in lieu of going to the doc? Don't.

You might not have a UTI, you might just have had a very sore g-spot. Still, it's a good idea to drink a ton of water and be very vigilant about any increased pain or color changes.

In my case, G-spot stimulation can cause me to have, well, a bruised bladder. It has all the "gotta pee" sensation of a UTI, but none of the "twinge" issues. For me, it clears up in a day or so.

The "cleared up and fine, and now back" pain is a bit weird, though, and if you could go pee in a cup to check for a UTI, just in case, I'd say that'd be the best policy. I also agree with knittinggoddess that a ton of water and being alert would be a good idea.

since others have covered the UTI aspect, thought I'd mention that it is absolutely possible to overuse your vaginal et al muscles via sex to the point of strain. In addition to the water/watching thing, I would toss in some ibuprofen to help with any potential swelling.

I hope you feel better!

Could be a UTI... But I've had what you are describing before and it wasn't a UTI. The sex may have just been rough- your urethra is right there, so could have made it sore. Even if the sex didn't feel quite too rough you could've made it sore. If you did then peeing may hurt/sting for a bit, but should feel better and better each time you pee or at least two or three days after.

If you don’t feel better after a few days, then I would see a doctor.
