The juxtaposition of questions was interesting, but I'm a little bewildered.

Your survey's a little borked. I filled in an Other field and it's saying This question requires an answer.

ETA: I ended up choosing the last answer for 1 and 2 and then filling in the Other field.

Hm, you also have to select the option "other," not just fill in the field. Did you do this? I tested it and it worked for me, perhaps it is a browser issue?

There was no button next to any of the Others for me.

Edit: Ah. I fixed it so the other option counts as an answer.
