Oooh, I know exactly the discharge you're talking about. Does it seem to be mostly external? Did your monistat come with an external cream? Use that! Though, I find that it doesn't totally help me (maybe OTC yeast treatments just don't work for my yeast). Instead, I use coconut oil with a tiny dab of tea tree oil, or a diluted apple cider vinegar rinse.
In any case, continuing the monistat will help overall. It's a good idea to supplement the treatment with a home method or just plain lots of probiotics and water.
