I seem to have this twinge of pain below my clitoris following a night of rough stimulation from the guy I've been seeing for a while. There's occasional rubbing of his penis against my vagina, but are random twinges of pain normal after a night of mutual masturbation? I ask because it sort of hurts and I can't see if there's anything/any bumps because it's below my clitoris. I don't feel anything though, only the random pain.

Thanks for any insight!

This could totally just be about chafing or a nick from a fingernail. Keep your vulva clean (no soap, just rinse with water) and see if it clears up in a day or so. :)

It's not like there aren't other possibilities, but that's what I would assume was going on. It's a sensitive region, and you said the stimulation was rough. Good news: the vulva tends to heal really quickly. :)

I bruise my vagina all the time. Sounds like this could be a possibility?

My first suspicion would be mere friction-burn. However, if you are getting these twinges when you urinate, a UTI is not out of the question. Drink lots of water and if the twinges continue into tomorrow, I'd say that it's time to go pee in a cup at the doctor's if it's at all possible.

I just learned today from a previous post that the vagina can produce smegma (don't know why I didn't know this before) and if that smegma gets caught under your clitoral hood it can cause pain. I'm hence going to conclude that after a night of vigorous petting, your wetness might have somewhat solidified and collected underneath your clitoral hood. After your sexual stimulation, make sure you clean the area around your clitoris to keep it from building up. If that's not the cause, then maybe you've overstimulated your clit and the pain comes from that?
