If you are just treating external symptoms, the standard Medaspor cream that you have should be fine. It seems like the Medaspor vaginal cream is used to treat internal infections. Looks like they both contain clotrimazole 1% w/w which is pretty standard here (UK) for treating fungal infections all over the body, including vulvovaginal yeasties.
