Okay. I've posted before about my issues with having sex. My boyfriend of 3 years and I have issues. He can't finish when he's having any sort of foreplay or sex with me, and for the past year and a half, sex has hurt TERRIBLY for me.
Last night, I told him I wanted him, and I did what I wanted to do. I told him to do something new when I decided I didn't want that anymore (I liked being in control). Anyway, I sat on top of him and he penetrated me once, and it hurt so badly that I clawed his chest and he lost his boner and slipped out. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?!
I always blamed my painful sex on one thing: hemorrhoids. I've had them for years, they never go away, and they're in a huge flare-up right now. But after a colonoscopy, my GI wasn't concerned, and my doctors never agreed that they could be the issue. I'm pretty sure I have anal fissures as well. When I can find a day to go to the doctor, I'm going to get a full work-up. Something isn't right.
So, if you have ANY tips for me, please help!
I'm looking for hemorrhoid cures (I have a very high fiber diet already :()
And any sex therapy advice. I'm unable to afford $150 a session elsewhere :(
Also, if you can, email me. It's always fastest. nevermissabeattt@gmail.com

Thank you all <3

What are you doing besides a high fiber diet? Witch Hazel? Sitz Bath? Is it not one that could be operated on?

My Midwife SWORE by shredding potato, wrapping in mesh & sleeping with it snugly next to the offending hemmie.

For anal fissures my GI said to use Balmex (yeah, the diaper rash stuff), it does make things heal up more quickly.

I have some of the same problems and the only thing that has helped for me is penetration, just for short periods of time until it hurts, stop then repeat another day.

yup, with lots and lots of lube (helps prevent tearing from the other side), also maybe have him try an increasing number of fingers. I went through this for a few years, had a transvaginal ultrasound (they inserted a wand and all that jazz). Everything came back like I was normal. It has been frustrating, but things are slowing improving.

I can't really relate because I've only had a hemorrhoid one time, but I used Preperhation H and Tuck's (I think that's what they were called?) wipes and it cleared up... :/

I'm sorry to not be more help. Good luck!

You mentioned high-fiber so I figure you're actively working on maintaining soft stool? Lots of water and lots of exercise are helpful. I'm afraid I don't know how to treat hemorrhoids as opposed to avoiding aggravatign them.

I am going to sound insane but please don't think so! My boyfriends family is from Bosnia and they are HUGE on natural medicines and I have seen amazing cures with the most ridiculous treatments and this worked for my hemorrhoids. Go buy a bunch of leeks (it's a vegetable, half white half green, long stalk.) Cut them up and fill a pot with them and bowl them in water. After it starts steaming, put it on the floor and squat over it, legs spread (lower half naked obviously). When it cools off and stops steaming, put it back on the stove to make it steamy again and repeat, squatting etc. do this three or four times, every day. One guy they knew was in such pain he would cry and hug trees when having to fart and it took twelve days to clear his up so I am sure yours will take less time. Good luck, I know how bad hemorrhoids suck and how painful they can make sense (I've been there) so I really hope you find a cure! Let me know if you try it/how it goes.

I want to point out that saying that you may "sound insane" when you are talking about something that you think is outrageous or ridiculous can be stigmatizing for people with mental health issues. It can be a hard habit to break, but there was a CVP post a while back that came up with some good alternative words (http://contact-vp.livejournal.com/357730.html?thread=4428642) to get started.

Also, it's important to realize that even though many VP members live in the USA, we have members all over the world, and it can be hurtful to members in other countries to act like customs or cultural practices are wacky or ridiculous.
