I'm on Loestrin24, and it only makes me nauseous if I don't eat anything before taking it (I take it in the morning). But if I eat a bowl of cereal, I'm fine.
However, I have had spotting more months than I don't. My period is pretty much non-existent, so I put up with the spotting.
