Two questions:
1) Where are you in your cycle and how long are your cycles on average? If your cycles are always between 26 and 32 days, check out the Standard Days Method info to see if you were likely in a fertile period or not:

http://www.natural-family-planning.info/standard-days-method.htm

Days 8 through 19 are the days of your cycle you are most likely to be fertile.

2)Had your boyfriend ejaculated within the last several hours before the condom broke? If NOT (or if he had peed since he last ejaculated), you will probably be okay (especially if you were in your non-fertile window).

See this post about withdrawal:

I personally would feel at ease if I were a) not in my fertile window and b) if my partner had not ejaculated recently (or had flushed out a recent ejaculation by urinating prior to this condom-slip intercourse).

Those are my own comfort levels, and my cycles are always between 26 and 32 days: note that the standard days method does not apply to you if your cycle does not fall within that range.

That said, if you are worried, you can always take Plan B: better safe than sorry.
