It is possible that you have the beginnings of a yeast infection, or that your bartholin glands are irritated, or starting to form cysts. Herpes generally forms blisters. I would try to relax a little, and make sure you don't touch yourself down there unless your hands are clean. If you do have some irritation, or a baby yeastie, dirty hands are only going to make it worse.
