Well, uh, we were using spit, but I didn't want to gross anyone out. ;D

I haven't noticed any of the typical symptoms of BV, but I'll keep an eye out for yeast.

I'm also using the Nuva Ring and have done for about 4 years. Previous no-problem fistings occurred whilst using the ring.
