today i start my make-my-period-happen medicine. in 10 days i will magically have my period. then i start my weight-loss medicine.

*sigh*

i don't like all these chemicals, but it's for my own good.

What was the medicine you took to start your menstration? Is it natural?

Luckily, (how odd that I would be saying this) I FINALLY feel my period is about to start, but if it hadn't someone recommened that I could use something to BRING it.

I'm vegan, so I'm hoping whatever it is is natriopathic.

it's progesterone, a hormone that your body makes naturally. it's also a natural form of the hormone (as opposed to synthetic made in a lab). i'm not sure if it's exactly naturopathic, but it's not synthetic.

i tried that for about a week (twice as long as it's supposed to take) and it didn't work. i have polycystic ovarian syndrome, so it takes a little more of a push. it's been 6 months since my last period.
