Oooh. Well, assuming your partner is STI-free, I wouldn't worry about that. The blood certainly won't hurt you - there's often blood in your vagina, after all. To avoid an infection in the cut itself, just wash it off with warm water and a gentle soap if it's not in too far, and wear cotton undies so it can breathe (I would sleep without anything on if I were you, too). If it's not too far in, it should be fine to put a little neosporin or other antibiotic ointment on, but as long as you keep it clean it should be fine. I'd avoid sex for the next day or two to help it heal, but having sex once didn't hurt it terribly, don't worry.
Cuts around your vulva and vagina heal quickly on their own, because there's a lot of blood in that area and the skin is different. It should be much better in a day or two, probably. :)
