But no, you can't get pregnant that way. It's not like a disease, you can't get pregnant because of anything in your bloodstream. The only way to get pregnant is to actually get semen inside your vagina (while not using contraceptives, of course). Do you know how pregnancy happens? When semen is inside your vagina, the sperm swim up to an egg, if there is one, and fertilize it. The fertilized egg then implants itself in your uterus. Semen has to be inside your vagina to get the sprem to where it needs to go. Does that help?
