Right, it's meant to be used like any other menstrual product, to catch flow all day (it can be worn for up to 12 hours at a time). You can't wear it during sex though, it wouldn't work at all - but there are cups meant for that. They are disposable and designed very differently (I have trouble wearing them, but I use a Keeper just fine). The disposable ones are called Instead and are available at CVS and I think Walgreens, or at softcup.com. :)
