Oil Pulling and Oral Contraceptive

I don't believe I've seen this question asked here before, so I thought I'd give it a shot. :) Does anyone know if oil pulling can change the effectiveness of oral birth control? Can it somehow take it out of your system? Thanks in advance!

I'd never heard of this before, but after some quick Googling, I can't see any way it could be a problem whatsoever, no. From what I see it basically cleans your mouth, and that has nothing to do with how oral contraceptives are processed or even consumed, really.

Oil pulling is intended to rid your body of toxins. I personbally did not have any success with it and gave up after a month and half. There's no reason why it would affect your birth control.
