oral sex and yeast infections

vaginapaginaI just realized I have a yeast infection. The smell is foul and the secretions were not what I thought earlier today-when I started noticing the smell I figured it out.
Anyway, can you get a yeast infection from oral sex? Can it come back after being treated when you were given oral when you had it? I'm thinking that's how I got it and last time I just used the topical monistat no problem. But if I treat it again, will it come back if this person gives me oral again?
