I don't know if you've had a wart elsewhere, but the bumps to me do not sound at all like warts -- warts are solid masses, they don't fill with pus, and they generally do not heal that quickly. It almost sounds more to me like an allergic reaction or something.
Having a light period or a missing period is very normal on the pill -- one of the things HBC does is thin the uterine lining, causing shorter, lighter periods. The effect of this can vary by person and by brand. Sometimes that effect is stronger than it is at other times.
As far as the discharge, it could be a random variation and normal, but if it's extremely heavy or you notice any foul odour or other symptoms, definitely see a doctor.
