I had this discussion with two different doctors who told me that the pill should be enough. BOth even said it would be effective if i took it about the same time every night. My boyfriend still pulls out to be safe. It has worked fine so far. Always be sure to see if medicines you are taking will interact with the pill. iF so, just wrap it up until the next pack...If you are still concerned talk it over with your doctor.
