zit popped... in?

vaginapaginaI've had a pretty bad zit on my bum for a few days, and today I was trying to pop it (I know, bad idea.) Anyway, it certainly popped - I had that squoosh/give feeling, but nothing came out of the skin. I assume it popped in, releasing inside of the skin on my bum. It *hurts* now. Any foreseeable trouble? Or remedies?
